Just some snap-shots from around the yard...
I don't know what most of these are.
If you do,
tell me.

These have become my spring favorites. I harvested seeds last year,
but wasn't able to get them to sprout.
The same flowers (4 of them), at different stages.
After the bloom dries out (like #1in the photo on the left), the stem
turns up again.
The bottom pic shows how they look once the seeds mature.

I had hoped to get the perfect shot...
All four, all "fuzzed out"... but the oldest one started dropping
seeds.

New growth on a Sago Palm.

Aloe Humilis.

This is some sort of clover.

Crabapple Blossoms.

Monstera

I think this is a bromeliad...It has fronds that are green on top and
purple underneath.
The flowers bloom form a clam shaped pocket between the fronds.

Some kind of bug...

Spider hatch under the papyrus.

A tree frog, hiding in a Starbrite Bromeliad.

Anoles

This flower is tiny, around a quarter inch across.

Purple Passion

Azelias

Some kind of Milkweed.

Wild Blackberry

The oldest resident here. The small, lighter trunks are grape vines
that grow up into the tree.
It rains grapes in the fall.

This is a flowering vine. It resembles a squash blossom but is much
smaller.

Some type of Honeysuckle.

Spider Plant.

Spider Wort

Falcon

Fishing the mangroves.
This was taken from a resturant window (not my yard).

The mushroom was about an inch high (the big brown backdrop is a dead
leaf).
The green are blades of grass... The little boy was much larger...
(This is the only photo that has been manipulated, beyond cropping).
